Isn’t that the ironic thing? He immediately assumes that Malaysians, in their roots, are still parochial simpletons who make decisions without a hint of reason. And the example he cites, of all things, refers to race! The wonders never cease!

You know, speaking of the Nazri podcast… My first impression was that our esteemed Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (who’s role is to… minister?) painted a dim picture of Malaysians, in general. I had hoped that this was his own narrow view.

However, seeing the UPM mob thing and the continuing efforts to derail any discussion on Article 11 discussion makes me wonder: is Nazri right about his dim view of the rakyat?
