Another short, stray thought: Hishamuddin’s been awfully quiet these days, hasn’t he? According to the PM, he pushed Khairy up the ladder. What does Hishamuddin gain from all of this? He appears pliant but in a position to influence Khairy? When the time is right, Hishamuddin steps in and plays the saviour? I’m curious - or stark raving mad.
